1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, unless otherwise stated. Entries from around the world are accepted unless a specific giveaway states geographic limitations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period

Each giveaway will have a specific start and end date listed on its corresponding entry page. All entries must be received within that timeframe.

5. How to Enter

To enter, follow the instructions provided on the giveaway entry page. You may enter for free using the designated free entry form, or increase your chances by purchasing additional entries. Minimum purchase requirements may apply for additional entries and will be clearly stated on the giveaway page.

6. Entry Limits

Free entry is limited to one per person per giveaway. Additional paid entries are allowed, but any attempt to game the system through duplicate accounts or bots will result in disqualification.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random using a secure drawing system within 7 days of the giveaway's closing date. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 5 days following selection. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.

9. Prizes

Each giveaway prize will be detailed on the individual entry page. Prizes are not transferable. TechADayGiveaway.com reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not listed above. For U.S. winners, a 1099 form may be issued for prizes exceeding $600.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in a giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

12. Privacy

All entry information is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information without consent.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions.

14. Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

15. Giveaway Duration, Minimums, and Entry Credit

Each giveaway will run for 1 or 2 weeks. If the minimum number of entries is not met during that time, the giveaway will automatically extend for another week. A giveaway may run for a maximum of 4 weeks.
If the minimum entry requirement is still not met after 4 weeks, participants will have the option to either:

• Transfer their entry to another active giveaway of equal or lesser value, or
• Request a full refund of their ticket purchase.

Additionally, any participant who purchases a ticket to a giveaway will receive a unique “Spin the Block” code valid for 5 bonus entries into another giveaway of their choice.
